Ok, I LOVE showtunes, and I love talented people who can sing showtunes. Case in point, this is Von, he's 20 years old and lives in Missouri. I was sent a link to this you-tube and can't get enough.
Thoughts?

I can't sing worth shit, so it feels strange dissing others, but his voice sounds... shallow somehow. I'm not the showtune officiando that you are, but maybe a song better suited to his voice? Jus' me.
I thought Von was fa-aa-aabulous!! Frighteningly so--it didn't seem real. This boy's inner black diva is gigantic, and boy can she sing. One has to assume Von will show up on American Idol eventually.
